Don’t ignore it

Lots of us have busy lifestyles these days, dashing between work, the gym and social gatherings, it barely leaves time for much else. However, if that nagging pain in your feet just hasn’t gone away after a few days, the advice is to get it seen to, the earlier you’re seen, the quicker the treatment to cure your problem will be!

Upgrade your shoes

Keep an eye on your most worn pair for any signs of wear and tear. If there are great gaping holes, the natural thing to do would be to replace them, but any unusual wear may indicate a need for a different type of shoe altogether. Runners take note: you should be replacing your running shoes every 500 miles.

Wear the correct shoes for the occasion

Again, this might seem fairly straightforward, but you’d be surprised! Wear running shoes for your morning run as opposed to normal trainers, don’t make wearing high heels an everyday occurrence for work. The same could be said for your holiday excursions and flip-flops, just think about what you’re doing and the appropriate footwear and you’ll be fine.
